College Facilities: Libraries & Information Centres

Students can use the well-stocked libraries at both of the college’s main campuses. There is our brand new library facility at the East End Campus and the Easterhouse library located at the Bridge, the cultural and arts facility which adjoins the Easterhouse campus building.

The Bridge Library at the Easterhouse Campus. The library services are provided by Culture & Sport - Glasgow (previously Glasgow City Council Cultural and Leisure Services). The two Library & Information Centres continue to provide a wide range of services to staff and students at John Wheatley College.

Enrolment as a student at John Wheatley College gives an automatic entitlement to membership of the library. This membership also provides access and lending privileges to each of the public libraries in the Greater Glasgow area and access to the extensive range of 300,000 items held by Culture & Sport - Glasgow.
