The Board of Management of John Wheatley College has regard to the public interest in the information it holds. The Board has a clear commitment to openness, transparency and public interest. It has a policy of making as much information as possible available in the public domain.
In preparing to meet its obligations under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 the College has maintained this commitment to openness, transparency and public interest.
Section 23 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 requires the College to produce a publication schedule indicating what information classes it holds and how it will make that information available to the public.
