Positive About Literacies (PAL) |
Improve your reading, writing, numeracy or basic computing in a relaxed setting. Lessons are provided ‘one to one’ or in small friendly classes. Days and times are arranged to suit individual learners and take place in local learning centresthroughout Greater Easterhouse and the East End of Glasgow.
The programme is aimed at adult learners and young people who have left school and are looking to develop their communication and literacy skills to help boost their employment opportunities. Adults can also benefit from learning within the family, accessing new opportunities and improving their job prospects.
After successful completion of the course students can progress to the Communication Unit Access 3 at John Wheatley College.
